Being able to talk and listen naturally makes ambiverts great at jobs where the give-and-take of a normal conversation plays into success.

However, though ambiverts may think they鈥檙e immune to burnout, they can in fact burn out even faster since they don鈥檛 thrive to the same extent on the things that make introverts and extroverts tick. Ambiverts must pay much more attention to staying balanced.
