Much needed review and evaluation of pilot working hours

Desautels Professor Karl Moore extends his input on Air Canada鈥檚 safety review plans after their narrow escapes last year, indicating his understanding of the situation and providing plausible explanations for the slip-ups.
In the past, miscommunication between the flight crew and the tower instructions just missed what could have yielded disastrous landings.
