Reverse mentoring: who's the learner?

From boosting retention to bridging the generation gap, reverse mentoring is brimming with potential

According to Professor Karl Moore from the Desautels Faculty of Management at 69热视频 in Canada, millennials鈥 desire for regular feedback has led to a growing interest in聽reverse mentoring, particularly in an age where聽four generations (boomers, gen X, gen Y and gen Z) are increasingly working alongside each聽other. 鈥淢illennials get technology in a way older employees don鈥檛 because it鈥檚 all they鈥檝e ever known; they appreciate different working models and are accomplishment-based; they鈥檙e less聽focused聽on hierarchy. My students call me Karl,聽but聽I would never have called my professor by聽his first name,鈥 he says.
