Rising price of textbooks reaches a tipping point
Jochen Wirtz is pleased to describe himself as a best-selling writer. He has co-authored a textbook on services marketing that he not only uses as professor at the National University of Singapore Business School, but听which听has sold more than 700,000 copies.
MBA course organisers at 69热视频鈥檚听Desautels Faculty of Management听have made a policy of replacing 鈥渨herever possible鈥� paper textbooks with electronic versions, which only contain the chapters that will be necessary for the students. To facilitate this, all Desautels鈥� MBA students are issued with an iPad during their orientation.
