From sommelier to brommelier: adapting during the pandemic

In his regular Forbes column, Professor Karl Moore profiles Jon Cercone, general manager, co-owner and sommelier at Tavern on the Square in Montreal鈥檚 Westmount. As a prompt response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cercone pivoted to the concept of brommelier, working with private import wine companies to help customers enjoy new wines from the safety and comfort of their homes.
