Fatima Ahmad, B.Ed聽 student with our Department of Integrated Studies in Education (DISE), was recently featured on CBC The National for a video titled聽"Seeing Fatima: wearing the niqab when the law doesn鈥檛 want you to".
In the video Fatima speaks about her experiences wearing a niqab since the introduction of Quebec's Bill 62,聽forbidding anyone from giving or receiving public services if their face is covered. Fatima Ahmad studies聽Kindergarten/Elementary Education with DISE.
