A new paper published by ECP's Zaynab Sabagh, Nathan C. Hall and Alenoush Saroyan provides an in-depth review of the literature and research regarding burnout for post-secondary faculty. "Antecedents, correlates and consequences of faculty burnout" was published this May by Educational Research.聽
