The Department of Family Medicine's Wellness Committee kicked off their first wellness event of the Fall semester with a paint and lunch social gathering on September 15th between 12pm to 1pm. Blank canvases and paint were distributed to all the 20 participants who were free to show the group their creative talent, and most importantly, to have fun! The social gathering took place in room 305 with a successful representation of different admin teams.
The Wellness Committee are comprised of Andrea Zdyb (in the middle of the photo), Ruotong Wang (at the front) and Maxime Pirenne (at the back).
They are all staff at the Department who are aiming to create an atmosphere of camaraderie amongst colleagues; administrators, academics, and students. Everyone is welcome! They hope to achieve this through physical, mental, and/or artistical activities that are healthy, and fun. They are already planning their activities for the Fall and Winter semesters so keep your eyes peeled.
