The Paul-Andr茅 Cr茅peau Centre for Private and Comparative Law, with the support of the Wainwright Chair in Civil Law, is pleased to welcome Professor (Sciences Po) and Professor (Sciences Po) for a talk on the reform of French law of contracts.
Abstract
[In French] Les conf茅renciers offriront, dans un premier temps, une vison g茅n茅rale de la r茅forme du droit fran莽ais des contrats, ses fondements, les changements majeurs qu鈥檈lle introduit ou encore son processus d鈥檃doption. Puis, dans un second temps, ils traiteront de quelques articles 芦聽phares聽禄 sur l'obligation d'information, la violence 茅conomique, le dol, etc.
