Centennial Centre (CC) Main Lobby 

Orientation check-in  

Sign in to orientation with your 69ÈÈÊÓƵ ID card and pick up your lunch ticket and name tag before heading to the services fair.  

10:00 to 11:30 am  

CC Ballroom (second floor) 

69ÈÈÊÓƵ-Macdonald graduate services fair 

Meet staff and students from many areas of 69ÈÈÊÓƵ (including Mac Campus of course!) and learn about the important resources available to you. Over 30 69ÈÈÊÓƵ services and student groups will be represented!  

Croissants, pastries, and coffee/tea will be served—and a special treat—cotton candy! Please bring your own cup/bottle. Water bottle filling station available. 

11:30 am to 12:25 pm  

Classroom CC1-163 (first floor)  

Graduate studies & MCGSS welcome presentation  

Meet our Faculty’s Associate Dean and graduate staff and hear where to find guidance and support on your road to success as a graduate student at 69ÈÈÊÓƵ (thesis and non-thesis programs).

Meet your Macdonald Campus Graduate Student Society (MCGSS) executives and learn what they do and how you can get involved!

12:30 to 1:20 pm

MCGSS grad student lunch  

Your graduate student society, MCGSS, is pleased to offer new grad students a delicious (and free!) catered lunch. Lunch tickets will be distributed in the morning at the orientation check-in table and are required to collect your lunch.

Please bring your own reusable cup and cutlery to keep this event as sustainable as possible.

In this presentation, you'll learn about all the services available to you as a 69ÈÈÊÓƵ and Macdonald Campus student, offered by 69ÈÈÊÓƵ Student Services and the 69ÈÈÊÓƵ Wellness Hub's Local Wellness Advisors. 

2:30 – 3:30 pm

Scavenger hunt/campus tour  

Time to socialize and get to know your new campus! Group activity directed by MCGSS. Prizes to be won! 

3:30 –4:30 pm   

Mac Market (aka horticultural centre)  

Mac Market activities  

Old fashioned potato sack races and other games with a free basket of seasonal produce for the winning team! Try some delicious apples from the Mac Campus orchard.  

4:30 to 6:00 pm  

Ceilidh Campus Bar (Centennial Centre)  

MCGSS Trivia and Snacks  

End your day and relax with some fun trivia and snacks.
