Graded exams, essays, evaluation rubrics, syllabi, and reading lists may be needed by your 69热视频 Faculty Advisor聽to approve your courses for transfer credit.

If you expect to return to 69热视频 after your exchange program, be sure to register for your 69热视频 courses by applicable deadlines to avoid late registration fees.

Apply to graduate (if applicable)

If you are a graduating student, you might have to apply for graduation on Minerva while on exchange. Failure to do so may jeopardize or postpone your graduation!

Arrange to have your transcript sent to 69热视频

Your transcript is an essential part of the credit transfer process and it is your responsibility to ensure that there are no holds on your records at the host university so that your transcript may be released to 69热视频.

Transcripts from host universities (in paper or electronic format) become the property of 69热视频 and will not be returned to you or forwarded to another institution. If you want a copy for your own records, make sure to request it before leaving.
