Montreal-based Pfizer Canada Wednesday named two 69热视频 researchers among the 2010 recipients of its Neuropathic Pain Research Awards that recognize new approaches and advances in prevention and treatment. They are Alfredo Ribeiro-da-Silva, who focuses on arthritis and neuropathic pain, and Petra Schweinhardt, for work on chronic pain relief.
They were chosen from 17 proposals reviewed by an independent committee of Canadian medical researchers. Pfizer Canada on Wednesday officially opened its modernized head office in Kirkland. The $22-million project brings all the company鈥檚 head-office employees in the Biopharmaceutical and Animal Healh divisions under one roof.
