Nutrition et diététique : Basic principles of toxicology, health effects of exposure to environmental contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides and radionuclides and ingestion of food toxicants such as food additives and preservatives; natural toxins in plants and marine foods, human health, ecosystem health, safety evaluation, risk assessment, and current Canadian regulations.
