Comportement organisationnel : The seminar will examine theories, topics, issues and techniques of motivating individuals, both ourselves and others at work. Participants will be encouraged to read about selected topics and issues, to discuss key points of agreement and disagreement, and to utilize this knowledge in tackling motivational problems in the workplace.
