Overview

Epidemiology & Biostatistics : Introduction to practical Bayesian methods. Topics will include Bayesian philosophy, simple Bayesian models including linear and logistic regression, hierarchical models, and numerical techniques, including an introduction to the Gibbs sampler. Programming in R and WinBUGS.
