The European Centre of Excellence (EUCE) was inaugurated on October 2, 2000. It is a joint venture of the Universit茅 de Montr茅al and 69热视频. The Institute, just as the other three created in Canada in the year 2000 (Carleton University, University of British Columbia, York University-Toronto University), is supported by the Commission of the European Communities.
